Wounded Warrior Project: Kicks-Off 15th Anniversary of Soldier Ride® Across America

We are excited to support the 15th anniversary of Soldier Ride® Across America, kicking-off September 8th! The month-long event includes a 3,300-mile route starting in New York, at Ground Zero, and ending in San Diego, California.

Thirty-six of the warriors will wear MobileHelp Smart devices to assist them in case of any emergency situation while making their way cross- country. Built on the Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch, MobileHelp Smart also offers key health-tracking features, so riders will be able to track aspects such as heart rate, sleep and calories burned.

And, our very own Rob Flippo, CEO of MobileHelp, (pictured here) will be joining in the first hours of the ride.

“All of us at MobileHelp are proud to honor the service of the men and women participating in Soldier Ride Across America, and to help Wounded Warrior Project commemorate their fifteen years of serving those soldiers,” said Flippo. “We look forward to a long partnership with them.”

The ride will be broken into three teams, representing the U.S. East Coast, Central Region, and West Coast. Stay tuned as we provide more updates from their adventures throughout the country. And feel free to follow, like, send some shout-outs/support, and share any updates we post on our
LinkedIn or Twitter (@MobileHelpHC) pages.
